Hi, I'm Rajibul Islam.
I build useful software and create things I hope people find enjoyable.
This is my corner of the internet, where I share the software I build, what I'm learning, and experiments I'm curious about. It's a place to see how I think, what I can do, and what I'm working towards, whether you're here to explore my work, learn something, or work with me.

Featured Work
A selection of projects I've built, from client work to personal projects and experiments.

View All →A Note About Learning Things Properly
Temporary specimen for the Writing section. This will eventually be replaced with something I actually want to publish.
Small Tools and the Things They Teach
Temporary specimen for testing a more technical piece of writing.
A Field Note on Building Things
A deliberately broad MDX specimen containing the kinds of content I expect to use across writing, projects, and experiments.
Current Focus
Learning
- 01UNIX/Linux for system-level programming, shell scripting, general computing, improving work efficiency, and for building advanced backend applications.
- 02Node.js in-depth. Learning with the official docs, other resources, and experimentation. I'm deliberately doing this without npm packages.
- 03C# and .NET for web, game dev, console-based utilities, and more.
- 04Godot Engine for game development.
- 05Japanese Language (日本語)
I want to better my output and communication in Japanese! I passed N3, but the plan is to become N5-N4-N3 solid in output. - 06Working on my singing: focusing on the problem areas, largely psychological issues, slowly building myself for learning vocal distortions techniques.
Building
- 01This website: I'll be writing content, case studies of past projects, and overall improve the website as I encounter the needs for it.
- 02Learning UNIX and Node.js in-depth is going to unlock a lot of possibilities of application ideas. Will see if I can build something useful and interesting with it.
- 03Making a 2D platformer game — but wait... This is not a serious game project. It's for learning. I do want to make it entertaining and fun, but no promises. I won't be investing too much time into it, like a serious game would. It's either going to be with Godot or Unity. No promises on the timeline, think of it as me genuinely trying to learn by setting an exciting goal; you can expect it to take years.
Let's connect
If you'd like to work together, talk about something I've built, or just have a conversation about software, music, or the other things I'm exploring, feel free to get in touch.
